HEALTHCARE

Round-The-Clock Rosters. Credential Records Scoped To Role.

Record rotating duty shifts and overtime alongside attendance, and keep staff licenses and certifications in one store, visible only to the roles that need them.

4Capabilities For Rosters And Records

THE PROBLEM

Duty Rosters In One Tool, Credentials In Another

Hospitals and clinics run day, evening, night and on-call duty across clinical and support staff. Rosters sit in one tool, credentials in folders, and neither is scoped to who should see them.

  • Duty rosters built outside the system. rotations planned in a tool disconnected from attendance leave overtime to be reconciled by hand before payroll.

  • Credential documents scattered. licenses and certifications sit in personal folders and inboxes instead of one store with defined categories.

  • Sensitive records visible too broadly. without role-scoped visibility, staff can open documents outside their own team or need.

BUILT FOR THIS INDUSTRY

Shifts, Attendance And Records For Healthcare

Shifts and overtime carry the duty roster into pay, attendance records who actually checked in, and documents stay visible only to the roles that need them.

Shifts & Overtime

One shift master for day, evening and night rotations; overtime recorded against the assigned shift.

Documents

Real file storage in admin-managed categories, with role-scoped visibility for each.

Attendance

Check-in/out against the assigned shift, visible to the manager in the reporting line.

Role-Based Access Control

Server-side scoping from the org hierarchy: managers see only their own team.

SENSITIVE RECORDS

Document Access Scoped To Role

Role-Scoped Document Visibility

Documents sit in admin-managed categories with role-scoped visibility per category, and an important flag surfaces critical records first.

FAQ

Healthcare HRMS — Questions We Get Asked

Shifts & Overtime keeps day, evening and night patterns in one shift master and records overtime against each employee's assigned shift. Approved overtime carries into pay, so the roster is not managed in a separate tool.

Documents stores the real files in categories your admin defines. Licenses and certifications live there with role-scoped visibility instead of wherever someone last saved them.

Visibility is role-scoped down to the individual document category and follows the same org hierarchy as the rest of BizzField, so sensitive records reach only the roles that need them.

Yes. BizzField records check-in/out in real time against the assigned shift, reconciles approved leave automatically, and shows each manager only their own team.

An admin defines the document categories, and documents can be flagged as important so they surface first instead of sitting in a flat list. Visibility stays scoped by role for each category.

Overtime is recorded against the employee's assigned shift as hours are logged, and approved hours flow from attendance into the pay run. Before the run is approved, variance checks compare each draft with the previous cycle and flag sharp pay movements, so an unusually heavy overtime month is reviewed before payment.

Leave Management supports configurable leave types, running balances and carry-forward rules, and requests route to the reporting manager through the org hierarchy. Approved leave is carried into attendance and payroll, so it does not have to be re-checked by hand each month.

AUTOMATED CHECKS

Variance Checks Before Payroll Is Approved

Before a pay run is approved, BizzField compares the draft with the previous cycle and flags what looks wrong, so reviewers examine the exceptions instead of every line.

PRE-APPROVAL SCAN

Automated Variance Checks

Key Capabilities

  • Each employee's draft pay compared with the prior month
  • Pay movement above 20% flagged for review
  • Duplicate leave and expense submissions detected
  • Flags resolved from one HR queue before approval

Every draft run is compared with the previous cycle. Sharp pay movements, duplicate expense or leave submissions and timesheet conflicts are flagged for HR, who resolve each flag from a single queue while the run is still a draft.

SECURITY & PRIVACY

Role-Scoped Access And Privacy By Design

Access is enforced on the server from the reporting hierarchy, and data handling is designed around the principles of India's DPDPA. The security page sets out what is and is not certified.

DATA PRIVACY

DPDPA-Informed Data Handling

Key Capabilities

  • Consent logging for employee data
  • Data export for the employee
  • Deletion rights supported

Data handling is designed around the principles of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act. That describes how data is handled; it is not a certification.

Key Capabilities

  • Server-side role-based access, not just interface-level visibility
  • Manager visibility limited to their reporting hierarchy
  • AES-256 encryption at rest for employee records, bank details and document files

Role flags are not left to the front end. Access is scoped on the server, so a manager retrieves records only within their own reporting tree.
