SUPPORT & GUIDANCE
Frequently Asked Questions. Answered Straight.
Everything a sales head, an IT lead and a procurement committee ask before signing off on BizzField SFA — pricing, rollout, security, every module in the platform and the industries it is configured for, without the marketing hedge.
SFA BASICS
The definitions buyers ask for before the demo
Plain-language answers to what SFA is, how it differs from the tools sitting next to it, and what BizzField's AI actually does.
Sales Force Automation replaces the manual admin a field team runs on — order booking, beat planning, GPS-verified visits, attendance, expenses and sales reporting — with a real-time mobile system. It turns a market picture that used to arrive next Monday in a spreadsheet into one that updates through the day, and BizzField SFA layers AI insight on top through BizzGuru.
A CRM is built around the customer relationship and the deal pipeline — contacts, opportunities and follow-ups, usually worked from a desk. SFA is built around the field: which outlets a rep visits, whether they checked in at the right place, what they booked at the counter and how the beat is performing. They answer different questions — and BizzField SFA and BizzField CRM are separate products with separate data, so one never reads the other's records.
A GPS app shows a location on a map and nothing more. BizzField SFA captures the outcome of the visit — the order booked, the beat covered, the scheme communicated, the expense claimed — and ties it to a geo-verified check-in, so a manager sees business activity rather than a moving dot.
Primary sales are what leaves your factory for the distributor. Secondary sales are the next hop — distributor to retailer — which is where real market demand shows up. BizzField captures secondary sales in real time as reps book at the counter and distributors record dispatches, so you see movement by territory, SKU, distributor and outlet instead of week-old dispatch numbers.
A Distribution Management System digitises the distributor network — distributor orders, stock at distributor and retailer points, secondary sales and claims — on one platform. SFA is about what the field rep does; DMS is about what moves through the channel below your primary billing. BizzField pairs the two so a rep's booked order and the distributor's stock stay on the same picture, all the way to the retailer shelf.
Yes. BizzField's AI engine, BizzGuru, reads your live field and distribution data and turns it into action rather than another dashboard. It flags underperforming beats and churn-risk outlets before an order is missed, forecasts SKU demand by territory, and drafts priority tasks for reps and managers. It works inside the guardrails and permissions you set — managers approve what matters and the AI handles the routine.
Yes. BizzField SFA connects to SAP, Oracle, Tally, Microsoft Dynamics and others over a documented REST API, webhook events and scheduled sync jobs. Master data — products, price lists, outlet and distributor masters — flows in, and field transactions — orders, returns, claims and secondary sales — post back. A custom or in-house ERP connects on the same API.
It provides real-time insights, eliminates manual work, boosts productivity, and improves sales team efficiency with automated workflows.
Yes, our SFA system is fully mobile-responsive and works seamlessly on Android and iOS devices.
Absolutely. Our location tracking feature shows real-time employee location, visit logs, and activity tracking.

Sales Force Automation (SFA) software automates key field sales activities — attendance, GPS visit verification, order booking, route planning, expense management, and sales reporting. BizzField SFA adds AI-powered insights via BizzGuru, making it a complete field intelligence platform.
Most BizzField customers go live within 24 hours. We pre-configure the platform for your industry, import your outlet and product data, and onboard your team in a single session.
Yes. BizzField is offline-first — reps log visits, book orders, and capture data without internet. Everything syncs automatically when connectivity returns. Built for rural and low-signal areas.
Yes. BizzField integrates seamlessly with SAP, Oracle, Tally, Zoho, Salesforce, and custom ERP systems via secure REST APIs, ensuring a smooth bidirectional data flow.
We enforce strict attendance protocols combining selfie verification with geofenced live GPS coordinates. If a representative attempts to use mock location apps or checks in outside the designated outlet radius, the system immediately flags it.
Absolutely. BizzField bridges the gap between your distributors and retailers. You can track real-time secondary orders, SKU movements, and scheme compliance directly from the retailer's shelf.
BizzGuru acts as an intelligent assistant for sales leaders. It automatically analyzes massive amounts of field data to flag underperforming beats, identify churn-risk outlets, and suggest predictive inventory requirements before targets are missed.
Data security is our top priority. BizzField employs enterprise-grade 256-bit AES encryption, strictly role-based access controls, and regular compliance audits to ensure your business data remains 100% secure and isolated.
PRODUCT & PLATFORM
What BizzField SFA is, and what it does in the market
The questions a sales head asks in the first meeting, before procurement ever gets involved.
Sales Force Automation replaces the paper diary, the WhatsApp group and the end-of-day Excel sheet a field team actually runs on. BizzField SFA gives every rep a mobile app for their beat plan, geo-verified check-ins, in-store order booking with live price lists and schemes, expense claims and attendance. It gives managers a picture of what happened in the market today, instead of a summary that arrives next Monday.
No. BizzField SFA, BizzField CRM and BizzField HRMS are three separate products. They share the BizzField brand and design language, but they have separate data, separate setup and separate pricing. Buying one does not give you the others, and none of them read each other's records.
Yes. A rep can open their beat, check in at an outlet, log activity and book a complete order with no connectivity at all. Everything is queued on the device and syncs the moment the network returns, so a basement pharmacy or a rural retail belt does not cost you a day of data.
FMCG, Pharma, Consumer Durables, Building Materials, Agri-inputs and B2B distribution — any business where a field force sells through retailers, stockists or distributors. Order screens, scheme logic, beat structures and reporting are configured to the way your industry actually sells, rather than forced into one generic template.
Every check-in is validated against the outlet's geo-fence and stamped with a GPS accuracy reading. Check-ins that fall outside the allowed radius are flagged to the reporting manager rather than silently accepted, and mock-location attempts are detected on the device.
Yes. Distributors and stockists get their own portal and app for primary orders, stock and claims, while your reps work the secondary sales beat. Both sides work off the same order and inventory picture, so the brand and the channel stop arguing from two different spreadsheets.
IMPLEMENTATION & ONBOARDING
How a rollout actually runs
Field software is not won on features. It is won on whether 900 reps open the app on the second Monday.
A 500 to 1,500 user rollout typically takes three to six weeks end to end: outlet and beat data migration, workflow configuration, a pilot in one or two regions, then a phased national go-live. Smaller field teams are usually live inside two weeks.
Yes. We migrate outlet masters, distributor and stockist records, beat plans, price lists, schemes and historical activity from spreadsheets or from most SFA platforms used in the Indian market. Migration runs as a mapped and reviewed load, not a blind import, so your team signs off on the data before go-live.
Our implementation team builds the first cut alongside your national sales manager, then hands over an admin console where your team changes beats, targets, schemes, expense limits and approval chains directly. Routine changes should never need a support ticket.
Role-based training in the language the team works in: a short field-app session for reps, a reporting and exception-handling session for area and regional managers, and an admin session for whoever owns SFA internally. Training is repeated for every rollout wave, and the app is built to be learnable inside one outlet visit.
Not at all. The app is specifically designed for quick, on-the-go usage. Reps can check into an outlet and book an order in less than 3 taps. The interface is highly intuitive, ensuring rapid adoption even for non-technical users.
Adoption is measured, not guessed — check-in rate, orders per visit, sync lag and app opens, broken down by territory. Weak regions surface inside the first fortnight, which is when a targeted re-training or a beat-structure fix still works. Adoption problems found in month four are far more expensive.
PRICING & CONTRACTS
What it costs and what you are committing to
Per user, per month, billed annually. No module maze, no bundle you did not ask for.
Per user, per month, billed annually. Starter is ₹499 per user per month, Professional is ₹899 per user per month, and Enterprise is custom-priced with volume slabs for large field forces. You pay for the users you licence, not for modules you never switch on.
We run a scoped pilot on your own outlet data rather than a self-serve trial, because that is what a procurement committee will actually ask to see. Book a demo and we will size a pilot for your team.
No. Each BizzField product is licensed separately because each one is a separate product. If you buy SFA, you get SFA. There is no hidden bundle, no cross-sell dependency and no data moving between the three.
Standard onboarding, data migration and training are included on the Professional and Enterprise plans. Bespoke work — a custom workflow, a connector to a legacy in-house system, a non-standard approval chain — is scoped and quoted separately, up front, before anyone starts building.
Annual contracts are standard, with monthly billing available on Enterprise. You can add users mid-term at your contracted rate; reductions take effect at renewal. Nothing escalates silently, and the renewal price is agreed in the contract rather than discovered in an invoice.
SECURITY & DATA
Where your data sits and who can reach it
The section your IT and legal teams will actually read.
Yes. BizzField uses enterprise-grade 256-bit AES encryption, with data encrypted in transit and at rest, strictly role-based access control, and regular compliance audits. Each customer's data is logically isolated from every other's, and every access is written to an audit log — so a rep sees only their beat, a manager only their region, and finance only what its role permits.
In Indian data centres, encrypted in transit and at rest. Your instance's data is logically separated from every other customer's and is never pooled with it for any purpose.
Location is captured only during the working shift and only against business activity — check-ins, visits and order events. It is visible to the employee's reporting line and to the admins you nominate, and every access is written to the audit log. It is not a personal tracker and it does not run after shift hours.
No. The three products do not share a database and do not read each other's records. If you want data to move between them, that is an explicit integration you commission and approve — exactly as it would be with any third-party system.
Role-based access scoped to the territory: a rep sees their own beat, an area manager sees their region, finance sees expense and claims without seeing attendance detail. Admin roles are scoped the same way, and every permission change is logged with who changed it and when.
Yes. The data is yours. Outlet masters, orders, visits, attendance and expense history can be exported as structured files at any time through the API or a scheduled export, and on exit we provide a complete extract. There is no hostage clause.
SUPPORT & SERVICE
What happens after go-live
A field app that breaks at 9:15 on a Monday is not a ticket. It is a lost selling day.
Email support on Starter, priority support with a defined response window on Professional, and a named success manager with a written escalation path on Enterprise. Support is staffed through Indian business hours, with an on-call rota for production-down incidents.
Both. Your internal SFA owner remains the channel for configuration questions, but a rep who cannot check in at the first outlet of the day can raise the issue from inside the app and get help without waiting for it to travel up a reporting chain.
Enterprise plans carry a 99.9% uptime SLA. Because the mobile app is offline-first, a rep's day does not stop even when the network or the server is briefly unreachable — the work queues on the device and syncs when the connection returns.
The web console and the mobile app ship on a regular release cycle with backwards-compatible APIs. Enterprise customers get release notes and sandbox access ahead of any change that could affect an integration, so nothing lands on your ERP unannounced.
Where the customer agrees, yes. At the evaluation stage we can usually arrange a reference conversation with a business of comparable size in your industry, so you hear how the rollout went from someone who is not paid to sell it to you.
BEAT & ROUTE PLANNING
How the day in the market gets planned, and who checks it happened
Beats, tour plans and route compliance — the questions a national sales manager asks when coverage is the problem.
Tour plan management software for field sales is a digital platform that allows sales managers to create structured beat plans, assign daily visit schedules to field reps, and track real-time compliance against those plans. It replaces manual Excel-based DCR and WhatsApp-shared tour programs with a mobile-first, GPS-verified system — giving managers complete visibility into who visited which outlets, when, and whether they followed the planned route.
A beat plan is a structured schedule that defines which outlets a field rep will visit, in what sequence, on which days of the month. It ensures consistent territory coverage by pre-assigning outlets to specific visit slots — preventing high-potential outlets from being skipped and favourites from being over-visited. BizzField automates beat plan creation, distribution, and compliance tracking.
BizzField's beat plan module assigns every outlet in a territory to a visit slot with defined frequency. Reps receive their daily schedule on their mobile app and check in at each outlet with GPS verification. Managers monitor compliance in real time and get instant alerts when an outlet is skipped — enabling same-day course correction rather than discovering gaps after the month ends.
Yes. BizzField supports full offline access to tour plans. Field reps in rural or low-connectivity territories can see their full day's schedule, log visits, capture orders, and sync all data automatically when connectivity is restored. No internet connection is required to execute the day's plan.
Every outlet check-in in BizzField is GPS-verified with a geo-fence. If a rep attempts to log a visit outside the defined outlet location radius, the system flags it automatically. Visit time and duration are also logged — so a 3-second check-in at a major distributor will be visible for manager review. Combined with beat compliance tracking, BizzField eliminates ghost visits at the source.
BizzField's AI engine sequences each beat to minimise travel distance while prioritising high-value outlets. It factors in outlet value, opening hours, and shift limits — and re-routes dynamically when a call is missed or an urgent order arrives. This typically reduces travel time by up to 30% and increases productive calls per day.
Route compliance tracking compares the route a rep was assigned against the route they actually travelled, using live GPS. BizzField flags deviations and skipped outlets instantly and gives each rep a daily beat-adherence score — eliminating fake visits and enforcing route discipline.
Yes. BizzField is built for distribution-led industries like FMCG. It supports beat route management, visit-frequency rules, outlet sequencing, and secondary-sales coverage — making it well suited to FMCG, pharma, agri, electrical, building materials, and consumer durables.
Sales route management software is a tool that helps field teams plan, optimize, and track the daily routes (beats) their reps follow to visit outlets. Bizzfield lets managers design optimized beats, publish a Permanent Journey Plan, and monitor route compliance in real time — improving coverage and reducing travel cost.
Yes. Reps can view their beat, navigate to outlets, and log visits even without network coverage. Data syncs automatically once they are back online — so rural and low-connectivity territories are fully supported.
OFFLINE & ATTENDANCE
What the app does when the network is not there, and how a day gets marked present
Offline mode, sync order, GPS attendance and leave — the mechanics behind a field day nobody has to defend in a Friday review.
Offline mode in BizzField means the mobile app continues to function fully — orders, attendance, visit logs, expenses, and more — without an active internet connection. All data is stored securely on the device and automatically uploaded to the central server when connectivity is restored.
Yes. GPS works independently of mobile data on all modern smartphones. In offline mode, BizzField captures geo-tagged check-ins and check-outs using the device GPS. Location data is stored locally and synced with full accuracy when connectivity is restored.
Sync is automatic and background-based. When the device detects connectivity — even briefly — BizzField begins syncing offline data without requiring any action from the rep. Business-critical data (orders, attendance) is synced first. The process completes even over limited or intermittent connections.
Attendance tracking software for field sales teams is a mobile-first application that allows field reps to mark attendance from their location using GPS-verified check-ins. Unlike traditional biometric systems, field attendance software captures location, time, and activity data from anywhere — enabling managers to verify field presence without calling each rep individually.
GPS attendance tracking captures the employee's geographic coordinates at the moment of check-in using the smartphone's location services. In BizzField, each check-in is geo-tagged, time-stamped, and validated against a defined geofence. If the check-in happens outside the designated area, the system flags it, completely eliminating fake attendance.
Yes. BizzField's offline working mode allows field reps to mark attendance, submit leave requests, and continue all field activities without an active internet connection. All data is stored locally and syncs automatically when connectivity is restored.
BizzField's leave management module supports all standard leave types — Paid Leave (PL), Casual Leave (CL), Earned Leave (EL), Sick Leave (SL), and any custom leave categories your organization defines. Reps can apply for leave in-app, specify dates and reason, and managers receive instant notifications for approval.
BizzField integrates with SAP, Oracle, Tally, and Zoho to sync verified attendance and leave data directly with payroll processing. This eliminates the monthly HR reconciliation exercise where teams manually compare field reports to payroll registers.
Yes. Bizzfield's offline order booking allows reps to access the full product catalogue, apply available schemes, and place orders entirely without network access. The order is queued on the device and pushed to your order management system the moment the device reconnects.
Bizzfield's offline-first architecture was specifically designed with Indian field realities in mind — including tier-2, tier-3, and rural markets where connectivity is inconsistent. The app performs identically in zero-network conditions as it does with full connectivity. It is widely used by FMCG, Pharma, and Agri companies operating deep rural distribution networks.
GEOFENCING
How a check-in is proved rather than claimed
Radius, accuracy and AI pattern checks — the detail IT asks about once the sales team has agreed to the idea.
Geofencing software creates virtual GPS-based boundaries around locations such as outlets, distributor points, or territory zones. Field sales teams can only mark attendance or log visits when physically present within the defined boundary — eliminating fake check-ins and ensuring accurate field activity data.
Geofencing removes the overhead of manual attendance verification and report cross-checking. Managers receive automatically validated data, allowing them to focus on coaching and strategy rather than chasing reports. Field reps with clear accountability data typically show 20–30% improvement in visit compliance within the first quarter.
Yes. BizzField supports offline geofencing where GPS boundaries are cached on the device. When the rep re-connects to the network, all geo-verified check-ins sync to the central dashboard. This makes it effective even in remote rural territories with limited connectivity.
Most organizations set a 50–200 meter radius per outlet depending on the location type. Urban outlets in dense markets typically use 50–100m. Rural dealers may use up to 300m. BizzField allows custom radius configuration per outlet category.
Yes. Geofence-verified check-ins are directly linked to attendance records. When a rep checks in from within the approved geo-zone, it automatically marks their attendance for that day. This eliminates separate punch-in processes.
BizzField's SFA Agent analyzes geofencing data to detect patterns such as repeated check-ins from identical coordinates, unusual clustering, or reps consistently operating near but outside their zones. These insights help management identify compliance risk before it affects sales performance.
Yes. BizzField's geofencing module is available on both Android and iOS with equal functionality. The app works in offline mode and syncs all geo-tagged data when connectivity is restored.
For most organizations, geofencing is fully operational within 48–72 hours of onboarding. This includes outlet geocoding, zone configuration, and rep app setup. Your BizzField onboarding manager handles the entire process.
ORDER BOOKING
How an order gets from the counter to your ERP
Retailer ordering, offline capture, automatic scheme application, and why a group chat is not a system of record.
Retailer order management software is a digital platform that enables field sales representatives and distributors to capture, process, track, and fulfill orders placed by retailers (trade outlets, chemists, dealers) in a structured, automated workflow. Any business that sells through a distributor-retailer channel — FMCG, Pharma, Consumer Durables, Agri, Electrical, Building Materials — and currently manages retailer orders via WhatsApp, phone calls, or paper will benefit immediately from a dedicated retailer order management system.
Most order management systems are designed for B2C e-commerce or internal warehouse workflows. BizzField is purpose-built for the B2B distributor-to-retailer (D2R) ordering model used in FMCG and distribution. It includes field-first mobile order capture, offline capability, distributor order portal, scheme and offer auto-application, secondary sales tracking, and integration with DMS inventory — features that generic order management tools simply don't offer for this use case.
Both models are supported. Field sales reps can capture orders on behalf of retailers during their visit. Additionally, for businesses that want to offer self-service ordering, BizzField's retailer digital ordering platform allows eligible retailers to place orders directly through a dedicated app — reducing dependence on field visits for order collection and enabling 24/7 digital ordering capability for your channel.
Yes. BizzField's mobile order app works fully offline. Field reps can browse the product catalogue, select SKUs, apply quantities, and submit orders — all without internet connectivity. Orders are stored locally on the device and automatically synced to the distributor's dashboard and management analytics as soon as internet connectivity is restored. This is particularly important for FMCG, Agri, and rural distribution businesses operating in Tier 3 and Tier 4 markets.
BizzField automatically applies the correct trade scheme, discount, or free goods offer at the time of order booking — based on predefined rules for retailer category, product, order value, and region. This eliminates manual scheme application errors and ensures every retailer receives exactly the scheme they are entitled to. Scheme performance reports and redemption tracking are available in the management analytics dashboard.
WhatsApp and Excel are unstructured — they capture text, not data. BizzField enforces a structured order entry process with product catalogues, pricing rules, and scheme visibility, producing clean data that flows directly into your DMS and ERP without manual re-entry or reconciliation. Every order is GPS-tagged, timestamped, and linked to a specific outlet — creating an auditable, real-time order trail that WhatsApp and Excel cannot provide.
BizzField's AI agents analyse historical order patterns, seasonal trends, and outlet behaviour to recommend optimal order quantities and SKU mix to reps at the time of booking. The AI also flags order anomalies against historical baselines, helping managers identify unusual deviations in real time. Additionally, demand forecasting predicts territory-level order volumes — enabling better production planning and proactive inventory management.
Field sales order management software is a mobile application that enables field sales representatives to capture, process, and track customer orders in real time from any location. It replaces manual order booking — paper, WhatsApp, Excel — with a structured, digital workflow that gives managers instant visibility of all orders across the team. Bizzfield's order module is embedded within the full SFA platform, connecting order data with attendance, beat planning, and target achievement.
Yes. Bizzfield's order management module works fully offline. Reps capture orders without any internet connection, and all data auto-syncs the moment connectivity is restored. This is critical for rural territories, industrial areas, and remote project sites with poor network coverage — ensuring no order is lost due to connectivity limitations.
Yes. Bizzfield offers bi-directional integration with SAP, Oracle, Tally, Zoho, and Salesforce. Orders captured in the field post to your ERP automatically, and dispatch confirmations flow back to the field app — giving reps real-time order status. This eliminates manual re-entry and reconciliation overhead across your entire order-to-fulfilment cycle.
INVENTORY & STOCK
What sits in the channel, and where it actually is
Distributor stock, replenishment alerts and the primary-versus-secondary distinction that decides your production plan.
Inventory management software for distributors is a digital platform that tracks stock levels, stock movements, replenishment needs, and product availability across a distributor network in real time. Unlike basic stock registers, modern solutions like BizzField connect primary dispatch data with secondary sales activity to give brands complete channel inventory visibility.
BizzField's inventory management module operates as part of its Distribution Management System (DMS). It captures stock inward and outward movements at every distributor point, tracks SKU-level availability in real time, triggers automated replenishment alerts, and reconciles secondary sales with primary dispatch data. The AI DMS Agent proactively identifies stockout risks.
Yes. BizzField integrates with major ERP systems including SAP, Oracle, and Tally. The integration enables two-way data sync — so primary sales data from your ERP reflects in BizzField, and distributor stock movements captured in BizzField update your ERP records automatically. This eliminates manual reconciliation and ensures a single source of truth.
Primary inventory management refers to stock tracking at the manufacturer or warehouse level — what is dispatched to distributors. Secondary inventory management tracks what distributors actually have in their warehouses and what they sell to retailers. BizzField manages both layers, connecting primary dispatch with secondary sell-through to give brands a complete picture.
BizzField is purpose-built for FMCG, Pharma, Consumer Durables, Building Materials, Electrical, Agri, and Manufacturing industries. FMCG companies specifically benefit from secondary sales tracking, outlet coverage visibility, and AI-driven replenishment automation capable of handling high-SKU environments and large field force teams.
SECONDARY & TERTIARY SALES
The difference between what you dispatched and what actually sold
Primary, secondary and tertiary — three numbers routinely treated as one, and what that costs a demand plan.
Tertiary sales tracking refers to monitoring the movement of goods from a distributor's or dealer's inventory to the end retailer. In an FMCG three-tier distribution model, primary sales represent company-to-distributor transactions, secondary sales represent distributor-to-sub-dealer or dealer transactions, and tertiary sales represent the final movement to the retailer who sells to the end consumer. Tracking tertiary sales gives brands real sell-out data rather than just dispatch numbers.
Secondary sales data tells you what a distributor dispatched. Tertiary sales data tells you what actually sold at the retail counter. These numbers often diverge significantly due to channel stocking patterns, scheme-driven forward buying, or poor retailer offtake. Without tertiary data, organisations systematically overestimate real market demand.
BizzField captures tertiary sales data through three complementary channels: distributor self-reporting via the BizzField distributor portal, field rep data capture during outlet visits using the mobile SFA app, and AI-powered cross-validation that reconciles both data streams and flags discrepancies in real time. Data is geo-tagged and timestamped to ensure accuracy.
Tertiary sales tracking delivers the highest impact in FMCG (packaged goods, beverages, snacks), pharma and OTC (chemist offtake), consumer durables (dealer sell-through), agrochemicals (rural dealer movement), and building materials (channel partner sales). Any industry with a multi-tier distribution model and a need for real sell-out data benefits significantly.
Most organisations are live with BizzField's tertiary tracking module within 4–6 weeks of contract signature. This includes distributor portal setup, field app deployment, integration configuration with existing ERP, and team training. BizzField provides dedicated implementation support throughout.
DISTRIBUTION MANAGEMENT
What a DMS covers below your primary billing
Distributor orders, stock, claims and the AI layer that reads them — and how it sits alongside the ERP you already run.
ERP systems like SAP or Tally are designed for primary accounting and inventory at the company level. They do not capture secondary sales (distributor to retailer), real-time inventory at the distributor level, or field-level order data. BizzField DMS bridges this gap — it connects your ERP with distributor operations and field sales, giving you visibility all the way to the retailer shelf. It also integrates with SAP, Oracle, Tally, and Zoho, so your existing systems continue to work.
BizzField DMS captures secondary sales — transactions from distributor to retailer — in real time through the field sales app and distributor dashboard. Every order placed by a retailer is immediately recorded against the distributor's inventory, updating stock levels and sales figures without manual entry or end-of-day reporting. You can view secondary sales by territory, SKU, distributor, and retailer — giving you live market visibility instead of week-old spreadsheet data.
Most BizzField DMS deployments go live in 2 to 4 weeks. The process includes onboarding distributors, loading product and pricing masters, configuring scheme rules, and training field teams. BizzField provides dedicated onboarding support and pre-built integrations with SAP, Oracle, Tally, and Zoho to accelerate setup. Unlike complex ERP rollouts, the DMS is mobile-first and intuitive, which means faster adoption by distributors and field reps.
Yes. While BizzField DMS is widely used in FMCG, it is equally effective for Pharma (chemist-level tracking, doctor coverage, batch and expiry management), Consumer Durables (dealer order management, product availability), Building Materials (channel partner tracking, project sales), and Agri (rural distribution, dealer coverage, demand planning). The platform is configurable to industry-specific workflows, scheme structures, and reporting formats.
BizzField DMS integrates with SAP, Oracle, Tally, Zoho, Salesforce, WhatsApp, and Power BI. ERP integrations ensure product masters, pricing, and transactions stay synchronized. WhatsApp integration enables automated order confirmations and distributor alerts. Power BI integration allows custom dashboards for executive reporting. All integrations are pre-built and managed by BizzField's implementation team.
The BizzField DMS AI Agent monitors your distribution data continuously and surfaces actionable insights — not just reports. It identifies distributors with declining fill rates, flags stockouts before they affect retailer availability, recommends optimal reorder quantities based on historical offtake, and alerts managers to payment delays or scheme compliance gaps. The AI Agent reduces the time your managers spend analyzing spreadsheets and increases time spent on decisions that grow revenue.
BizzField DMS uses role-based access control. Each distributor sees only their own data — their orders, stock, payments, and sales performance. Headquarters sees the consolidated view across all distributors. Field reps see only their assigned territories and outlets.
A Distribution Management System (DMS) is software that helps manufacturers and brands digitize and automate their distribution network. It tracks orders from distributors, monitors inventory levels at distributor and retailer points, captures secondary sales data, and connects headquarters, distributors, and field teams on a single platform. Bizzfield DMS goes further by adding AI-powered insights, real-time dashboards, and automated alerts to help businesses make faster, data-driven distribution decisions.
Yes. Bizzfield DMS is designed for distributor adoption, not just management visibility. Distributors get a dedicated mobile app to place purchase orders, view their sales dashboard, track pending retailer orders, access invoices, and submit claims — all from their phone. The app works offline too, so connectivity issues don't disrupt daily operations. Most distributors report improved order tracking and payment visibility as the key reasons they continue using it.
Bizzfield DMS is built for adoption. The distributor app is designed for non-technical users — it mirrors the flow they already know (place order, check stock, view invoice) but on a clean mobile interface. Most distributors achieve full self-sufficiency within 2 weeks of onboarding.
Your ERP covers primary transactions — what leaves your factory. Bizzfield DMS covers everything below that: what distributors have in stock, what retailers are ordering, what secondary sales are happening. The two are complementary, and Bizzfield integrates with SAP, Oracle, and Tally to sync data both ways.
Most Bizzfield DMS customers go live in 2–4 weeks. The process includes onboarding distributors, loading product and pricing masters, configuring scheme rules, and training field teams. Bizzfield provides dedicated onboarding support and pre-built integrations to accelerate setup.
DISTRIBUTOR PORTAL
What your channel partners get, and whether they will use it
The honest version of the adoption question, from rollouts where distributors had never opened a portal before.
A distributor portal software is a secure, web-based or mobile platform that gives your channel partners — distributors, stockists, or dealers — login access to real-time order information, inventory data, active schemes, and sales performance reports. It replaces manual communication channels like WhatsApp or phone calls with a structured, data-driven self-service experience.
ERP systems are designed for internal business operations and are too complex for channel partners to use. BizzField's distributor portal is purpose-built for distributors — it has a simplified, mobile-first interface with role-based access that shows only the data relevant to each partner. It also integrates with your existing ERP, so data stays in sync without requiring distributors to navigate complex enterprise software.
Yes. BizzField's distributor portal is fully mobile-responsive and available as a progressive web app that works on any Android or iOS smartphone. Distributors do not need a laptop or technical expertise to use it. The interface is designed for first-time digital users with minimal onboarding required.
Most organisations complete distributor onboarding within 5–10 working days. BizzField provides a guided onboarding process, regional-language support material, and a dedicated customer success manager. Bulk distributor profile uploads and automated login credential delivery significantly reduce onboarding time.
This is one of the most common concerns, and it is legitimate. BizzField's portal is specifically designed for low-digital-literacy users. The interface is clean, in Hindi and English, with large tap targets and WhatsApp-style notifications to guide distributors to the portal. In our experience, adoption rates exceed 80% within the first 30 days when onboarding is structured correctly.
MODERN TRADE
Selling through organised retail, where the rules are different
Shelf compliance, promoters and key accounts — why a general-trade setup does not transfer to a hypermarket aisle.
Modern Trade Management Software is a digital platform that helps consumer goods brands manage their sales and execution activities in organised retail formats such as hypermarkets, supermarkets, convenience chains, and cash-and-carry stores. It enables shelf compliance tracking, promoter activity management, key account visibility, scheme execution, and sell-through reporting — all from a centralised, real-time system.
Regular SFA (Sales Force Automation) is designed for general trade — distributors, stockists, and traditional retailers. Modern trade SFA adds structured audit workflows, compliance scoring by store, POSM and branding verification, tertiary sales capture, and key account management capabilities that are specific to organised retail environments.
BizzField solves the five biggest modern trade execution challenges: (1) Shelf compliance gaps detected too late, (2) Promoter activity that's self-reported and unverified, (3) Scheme communication that doesn't reach the last mile, (4) No real-time sell-through data by store, and (5) Key account visibility that exists only in siloed Excel trackers.
Industries with significant organised retail presence benefit most: FMCG, consumer durables, personal care and cosmetics, OTC pharmaceuticals, electrical goods, building materials, and food and beverage brands. Any brand selling through hypermarkets, supermarkets, or large-format retail chains can improve performance with MT management software.
Yes. BizzField supports offline working mode, allowing promoters and field executives to complete store audits, log visits, capture photos, and record compliance data without an internet connection. All data syncs automatically when connectivity is restored.
SCHEMES & CLAIMS
How a trade scheme reaches the outlet it was budgeted for
Communication, enrolment, claims and leakage — the four places promotional spend quietly goes missing.
Scheme management software for FMCG is a digital platform that helps brands create, communicate, execute, and track trade promotional schemes across their distributor and retailer networks. It replaces manual processes (Excel, WhatsApp) with real-time scheme visibility, field execution tracking, automated approvals, and ROI measurement — ensuring every promotional investment reaches the intended outlet and generates measurable sales uplift.
BizzField provides distributors with a dedicated portal where they can view active schemes, acknowledge receipt, enroll in promotional programs, submit claims with supporting documentation, and track their scheme benefit status. All distributor interactions are logged with timestamps and user attribution, creating a complete audit trail for finance reconciliation and compliance.
Yes. BizzField's field execution module logs scheme communication as a visit activity. When a field rep visits an outlet and communicates an offer, it's recorded in the system with the outlet name, rep details, visit time, and scheme communicated. Managers can view beat-level and territory-level scheme communication coverage in real time from the analytics dashboard.
Yes. BizzField's mobile app works in offline mode, which is critical for field reps operating in rural areas, warehouses, or locations with poor connectivity. Scheme information is synced to the device when connected and remains accessible offline. Visit activities, enrollments, and scheme communications logged offline sync automatically when connectivity is restored.
BizzField prevents scheme leakage through four mechanisms: (1) Digital enrollment validation against scheme eligibility rules, (2) Multi-level approval workflows before claims are processed, (3) Automated duplicate claim detection, and (4) Complete digital audit trails linking every claim to a specific distributor, outlet, and scheme. Finance teams get clean, verified data for reconciliation — not manual spreadsheets to audit.
Bizzfield is integration-ready with SAP, Oracle, Tally, Zoho, and Salesforce. Approved expense data can be exported in ERP-compatible formats or pushed directly via API, enabling finance teams to process reimbursements without re-entering data. This eliminates the reconciliation gap between field expense records and your accounting system.
EXPENSES & REIMBURSEMENT
TA and DA without the shoebox of receipts
How claims are filed, checked against GPS activity, approved and actually paid.
Expense management software for field sales automates how field sales teams submit, approve, and reconcile travel and daily allowance (TA/DA) claims. Instead of paper forms or Excel sheets, reps file claims directly from a mobile app. Managers approve digitally. Finance reconciles automatically — with full visibility into policy compliance, Expense-to-Sales ratios, and claim verification against GPS-tracked field activity.
In BizzField, a field rep opens the expense module in the SFA app, selects the travel date and type, and the system automatically calculates the applicable daily allowance based on their designation, city grade, and travel mode. They upload receipts via the mobile camera and submit. The claim is instantly checked against company expense policy and routed to the relevant manager for approval — all within the same app they use for orders and attendance.
Yes. Every expense claim in BizzField is linked to GPS-verified field activity. If a rep claims travel to a location but no GPS check-in exists for that outlet on that date, the claim is automatically flagged for review. Combined with automated policy enforcement and statistical anomaly detection via the AI agent, BizzField significantly reduces fraudulent or inflated claims without requiring manual audits.
With BizzField, most organizations reduce reimbursement cycles from 2–3 weeks to under 48 hours. Field reps file claims the same day they travel. One-tap manager approvals and automated finance consolidation mean reimbursements are processed faster — improving rep satisfaction and reducing the admin overhead that slows down current processes.
MERCHANDISING & COMPLIANCE
Proving the brand looks the way it was meant to look
Planogram audits, POSM, photo evidence and compliance scoring across general and modern trade.
Merchandise management software enables field sales teams to plan, execute, and audit in-store product displays, planogram compliance, POSM deployment, and shelf availability — all from a mobile app. BizzField's module integrates these activities directly into the daily sales workflow so reps capture data without any additional effort.
BizzField requires field reps to complete structured checklists with mandatory photo evidence — every entry is automatically geo-tagged and timestamped. Management can view compliance data in real time from the manager dashboard, with drill-down capability to individual outlet or rep level.
Yes. BizzField supports full offline working. Field reps can complete merchandise audits, capture photos, and fill checklists in areas with no internet connection. All data syncs automatically when connectivity is restored — ensuring zero data loss in rural or low-connectivity markets.
Yes. BizzField allows trade marketing and operations teams to create different checklist templates for general trade, modern trade, chemist, or dealer formats — ensuring each audit captures the data most relevant to that channel.
Yes. BizzField integrates with SAP, Oracle, Tally, Zoho, and Salesforce. Inventory data from your ERP can be synced with BizzField to give field reps accurate stock levels before they conduct a merchandising audit — enabling same-visit order placement for out-of-stock SKUs.
Brand compliance management software is a digital platform that enables businesses to deploy, track, verify, and audit how their brand standards — including POS materials, in-store displays, and visual merchandising — are being executed at retail outlets, distributor locations, and dealer points. It replaces manual audits and WhatsApp-based reporting with structured, photo-verified, real-time compliance tracking.
BizzField provides field representatives with structured branding checklists within the mobile app. At each outlet visit, reps complete the compliance checklist and capture geo-tagged, timestamped photographs as proof of brand execution. Managers receive real-time compliance scores and can immediately identify non-compliant outlets.
Yes. Through BizzField MT, distributors can log into a dedicated portal and record brand deployment activities at the retailer level. This extends compliance visibility beyond the sales force to the entire secondary channel, ensuring brand standards are maintained from the distributor warehouse to the retail shelf.
BizzField is specifically designed for FMCG, Pharma, Consumer Durables, and related industries where brand execution at the outlet level is critical to market performance. Trade Marketing Managers can use BizzField to run scheme-linked branding campaigns, track BTL execution, and measure compliance across thousands of outlets in real time.
Yes. BizzField handles both modern trade (hypermarkets, supermarkets, organised retail) and general trade (kirana stores, chemists, hardware shops, agri dealers) branding compliance within the same platform. Different compliance templates and scoring criteria can be configured for different outlet types and trade channels.
Yes. Bizzfield integrates with SAP, Oracle, Tally, and Zoho to ensure pricing and product data in your ERP flows automatically into the collateral module. This eliminates manual updates and ensures reps always work from current, ERP-validated information.
Yes. The Collateral Management module is a native feature of the Bizzfield SFA mobile application, available for both Android and iOS. It requires no separate login, no additional download, and no configuration by the field rep — it is immediately usable from day one.
SALES COLLATERAL
Getting the right price list into the right rep's hands
Central upload, territory assignment, offline access and usage tracking — the part generic cloud storage was never built for.
Sales collateral management software is a platform that allows organisations to centrally upload, organise, and distribute sales materials — including product brochures, price lists, schemes, and catalogues — to field sales teams via a mobile application. It ensures every rep has access to accurate, approved content during customer visits, replacing disorganised WhatsApp groups and outdated printed materials with a controlled, measurable digital system.
Google Drive and similar tools are generic cloud storage not designed for field sales execution. BizzField's collateral module is embedded within the SFA app your reps already use, works fully offline, enables one-tap sharing during customer visits, tracks document usage, and links collateral activity to visit records and order history — something no generic cloud storage tool can do.
BizzField supports PDF documents, PowerPoint presentations, Excel price lists, JPEG and PNG product images, and MP4 video files. This covers the full spectrum of sales collateral used in field sales — from product brochures and catalogues to scheme sheets and product demonstration videos.
Yes. BizzField's assignment engine allows administrators to push collateral to specific territories, product lines, customer types, or user roles. A rep covering rural distributors sees different, relevant content from a modern trade rep in a metro market — ensuring relevance without clutter.
Yes. Documents assigned to a field rep are available offline on the BizzField mobile app. Reps access and share approved collateral even in areas with poor or no network coverage — critical for rural and semi-urban field sales territories across India.
BizzField provides a full usage analytics dashboard showing which documents were viewed, by which rep, on which date, and shared with which customer. This data is cross-referenced with visit records, making it possible to understand the relationship between collateral usage and sales outcomes.
Initial deployment — uploading existing documents, categorising, and assigning to territories — can be completed within 24 to 48 hours. For most organisations, the module is fully operational and in active field use within the first week of setup.
Yes. Documents in multiple languages can be uploaded and assigned to relevant regional teams. This is particularly valuable for organisations operating across states with different language requirements — Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and others.
PROSPECTS & NEW OUTLETS
Turning a new shop on the beat into a billing account
Lead capture, qualification, KYC and onboarding, without a second app or a back-office data entry queue.
Prospect management software for field sales is a mobile-first tool that enables field sales representatives to capture new business leads, track them through a structured qualification pipeline, schedule and log follow-up interactions, and convert qualified prospects into active customer accounts — all from a smartphone, including in offline environments. Unlike generic CRMs, prospect management built for field sales integrates with beat planning, order management, and attendance tracking within the same SFA application.
BizzField's prospect management module is natively embedded inside the SFA platform your field team already uses — not a separate CRM application. This means prospects are captured during regular beat visits without switching apps, follow-up tasks appear alongside daily tour activities, and converted prospects automatically flow into order management and distributor allocation. Generic CRMs do not offer offline functionality, geo-tagging, or SFA beat integration.
Yes. BizzField's prospect management module is fully functional in offline mode. Field reps can capture new prospects, update pipeline stages, add interaction notes, and schedule follow-ups without any internet connection. All data syncs automatically when connectivity is restored — making the solution ideal for rural territories, remote industrial zones, or areas with inconsistent mobile data.
New outlet onboarding software automates the process of converting a qualified prospect into a live, active account in your sales management system. BizzField's onboarding flow enables field reps to capture KYC details, upload supporting documents, assign the outlet to the correct distributor and beat plan, and submit for manager approval — all within the mobile app. Once approved, the new outlet is immediately available for order placement without any manual back-office data entry.
BizzField's AI agents provide three types of assistance in prospect management: (1) Priority Scoring — the system analyses outlet characteristics and territory data to rank prospects by conversion potential; (2) Smart Follow-Up Scheduling — AI suggests optimal follow-up dates based on beat workload and prospect urgency; (3) Conversion Prediction — historical conversion patterns are used to forecast which prospects in the current pipeline are most likely to become customers within a defined timeframe.
COMPLAINTS & TICKETS
What happens when the retailer has a problem rather than an order
Ticket logging from the field, SLA timers and escalation that does not depend on someone remembering.
Support ticket management software for field sales is a specialised tool that allows field representatives to log, track, and resolve customer complaints, delivery disputes, and operational issues from their mobile device — with automated escalation, SLA tracking, and manager visibility. Unlike generic helpdesk software, it is built for mobile-first field teams operating in low-connectivity environments.
A field rep logs a complaint in the BizzField mobile app in under 60 seconds by selecting the issue type, adding notes or photos, and tagging the relevant account. The ticket is then automatically routed to the right person based on escalation rules. Managers track all open tickets on a real-time dashboard. If a ticket breaches its SLA, it auto-escalates. Once resolved, the rep is notified and can confirm closure.
Yes. BizzField supports offline ticket creation. Field reps in rural or low-connectivity areas can log complaints on their device without an internet connection. Tickets are stored locally and synced to the server as soon as connectivity is restored — ensuring no complaint is ever lost due to network issues.
Yes. BizzField allows you to configure custom SLA timelines by issue type, territory, or account priority. You can define multi-level escalation paths so that if a ticket is not resolved within the set timeline, it automatically escalates to the next responsible person — without any manual intervention.
Field reps can log complaints across multiple categories including delivery issues, scheme disputes, billing errors, product quality concerns, retailer grievances, infrastructure problems, and any custom categories you configure for your business.
REMINDERS & FOLLOW-UPS
The follow-ups that get missed, and how the system remembers them
Auto-created reminders, AI prioritisation and escalation — a calendar with the outlet database behind it.
Sales reminder management software is a system that helps field sales teams track, schedule, and automate follow-up tasks for outlets, prospects, orders, and customer commitments. It ensures no opportunity is missed due to human forgetfulness or task overload.
Calendar apps are generic. BizzField's reminder system is built specifically for field sales — it's connected to your outlet database, visit history, order pipeline, and beat plan. Reminders are context-aware, AI-prioritized, and integrated with your entire SFA workflow.
Both. Reps can set manual reminders after visits. The system also auto-creates reminders based on beat cycle gaps, pending orders, scheme deadlines, and prospect inactivity — so reminders happen with or without rep input.
The system escalates to the Area Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager with full context — outlet name, revenue potential, days since last visit, and the original reminder reason. No manual chasing is needed.
Yes. The Manager Dashboard provides a territory-level view of all active, completed, and overdue reminders — filterable by rep, outlet category, reminder type, and date range.
BizzField's SFA Agent analyzes each reminder against variables including the outlet's last order value, days since last visit, proximity to monthly sales target, scheme deadlines, and relationship score — and ranks the queue accordingly.
Yes. Reminders are stored on the device and deliver notifications even without internet. When the rep reconnects, all completed reminders sync to the central system with timestamps.
Yes. BizzField integrates with WhatsApp Business API to deliver reminders directly to the rep's WhatsApp — including outlet context, last visit summary, and the recommended follow-up action.
NOTIFICATIONS & ALERTS
Who gets told what, and through which channel
Push, WhatsApp, email and SMS, each tied to a field event rather than a group chat.
BizzField's notification management is an integrated module within the BizzField SFA platform that automatically delivers real-time push notifications, role-based alerts, and activity reminders to field sales representatives, area managers, and distributors. It eliminates manual follow-ups and ensures every stakeholder in the sales hierarchy stays informed about field activities, order status, and performance metrics in real time.
BizzField delivers notifications through three primary channels: (1) In-app push notifications via the BizzField mobile app on Android and iOS, (2) WhatsApp Business API integration for alerts when reps are not active in the app, and (3) Email and SMS gateway delivery for manager-level summary reports and exception escalations. All notifications are tracked with delivery confirmation and read receipts.
BizzField supports offline operation for field reps working in low-connectivity areas. Activity data is stored locally on the device and synced to the cloud when connectivity is restored. Notifications related to that activity are triggered at the point of sync, ensuring no activity goes unrecorded or unnotified.
BizzField supports 12+ notification types including: check-in/check-out alerts, order booking confirmations, visit completion notifications, beat plan reminders, target achievement milestones, low stock distributor alerts, route deviation exceptions, expense submission reminders, missed visit escalations, daily activity summaries, weekly performance digests, and AI-triggered smart alerts from the Performance Agent.
WhatsApp-based communication is manual, informal, and leaves no audit trail. BizzField notifications are automated, role-based, timestamped, and embedded within the field activity workflow. Every notification is linked to a corresponding field event with GPS data, activity records, and performance metrics — making it a business-grade communication system, not a messaging platform.
REPORTING & ANALYTICS
The numbers managers get without asking anyone for them
Automated daily reports, territory drill-downs and role-based views that do not need an IT ticket.
Sales reporting software is a platform that automatically collects, consolidates, and visualises sales performance data from field teams, distributors, and retail channels — enabling managers to monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and make data-backed decisions without manual report creation.
BizzField is built specifically for field sales and distribution organisations. Unlike generic BI tools, it captures live data from field reps via mobile app, integrates secondary sales from distributors, and delivers role-based reports for every level — from area sales manager to CEO — with no IT dependency.
Yes. BizzField automatically generates daily, weekly, and monthly reports on schedule — covering field activity, target vs achievement, distributor performance, and territory analytics. Reports can be emailed, accessed via dashboard, or delivered via WhatsApp, with no manual effort required.
Yes. BizzField provides full drill-down from national to zone, region, area, and beat level — enabling sales leaders to identify underperforming territories, compare region-wise growth, and take targeted corrective action.
Managers receive instant access to automated DSRs, real-time target vs. achievement dashboards, productive vs. non-productive visit breakdowns, expense tracking, and deep territory-level performance analytics.
Bizzfield's DMS module captures all distributor transactions in real time. Sales teams can view secondary sales volumes, retailer-level offtake, stock ageing, and scheme utilisation directly from the analytics dashboard — without relying on distributor-provided spreadsheets.
MANAGER CONSOLE
What a sales manager sees while the field app is running
BizzField Manager — the analytics and control layer that sits on top of everything reps capture.
BizzField Manager is an AI-powered analytics and control panel designed for sales managers, ASMs, RSMs, and senior sales leaders. It provides real-time visibility into field team activities, graphical analytics, business intelligence reports, and executive dashboards.
BizzField Manager eliminates information delays by giving managers real-time data on team attendance, visits, orders, and target achievement. It replaces manual reporting with automated insights, helping managers make faster, more accurate decisions.
Yes. BizzField Manager is the control panel that connects directly to the BizzField Field Sales App used by your on-ground team. The field app captures the raw data, and the Manager dashboard transforms it into actionable insights.
Absolutely. BizzField Manager includes live GPS tracking, route playback, and geo-fenced attendance verification. You can see exactly where your team is, which beats they are covering, and ensure field discipline.
AI AGENTS
What the agents do, and where the human stays in charge
The SKU, SFA, Performance and DMS agents — what each one watches, and the guardrails it works inside.
The BizzField SKU Agent is an AI-powered module within the BizzField platform that continuously monitors SKU performance across your field sales network. It tracks availability, analyzes sales velocity, forecasts demand, and delivers AI-powered product recommendations.
Yes. The BizzField SKU Agent integrates with major ERP systems including SAP, Oracle, and Tally. It also has native integration with the BizzField DMS module.
The AI demand forecasting engine analyzes historical sales patterns, seasonal trends, outlet-level purchase behaviour, and territory dynamics to predict future SKU demand at the distributor and outlet level.
No. The SKU Agent works on data that already flows through the BizzField SFA and DMS modules as part of normal daily operations. The AI automatically processes this data to generate SKU intelligence.
It is an agentic AI layer built into BizzField's sales force automation. It reads your live field data, recommends next-best actions, forecasts risk, and prepares tasks for reps and managers across every SFA module.
Standard SFA tells you what happened. The SFA Agent reasons over the same data to tell you what to do next — and drafts the action — so insight turns into execution without a manager decoding dashboards.
No. It works inside guardrails you define and acts only within granted permissions. Managers approve what matters; the agent handles the routine work and flags what needs a human.
Yes. BizzField offers integration readiness with SAP, Oracle, Tally, Zoho, Salesforce, Power BI and WhatsApp, so the agent enriches the systems you already run rather than replacing them.
AI sales performance software is a platform that uses artificial intelligence to continuously monitor field rep activity, identify at-risk reps mid-period, benchmark individuals against peers and targets, and deliver coaching recommendations to managers — automatically, without manual report compilation. Unlike traditional SFA dashboards that show historical data, AI sales performance software provides predictive insights that enable managers to act before targets are missed.
BizzField Performance Agent analyses live SFA data — visit frequency, order conversion rates, coverage scores, and adherence patterns — using AI-powered behavioural analysis. When a rep's performance trajectory deviates from their historical baseline, territory peer benchmarks, or required target pace, the system flags them as at-risk 2–3 weeks before month end, while correction is still possible.
A standard SFA dashboard shows you historical data — what happened last week. BizzField Performance Agent actively analyses that data, detects emerging performance gaps, predicts likely month-end outcomes based on current trajectories, and delivers specific coaching recommendations to managers. The shift is from passive reporting to active intelligence.
Yes. Performance Agent is designed to scale across field teams of any size — from 20 reps to 2,000+. The AI analyses every rep's data simultaneously, presenting managers at each level with only the insights relevant to their team. NSMs see national patterns; RSMs see zone performance; ASMs see individual rep alerts — all from the same platform.
Industries with large distributed field sales teams benefit most: FMCG, Pharma, Consumer Durables, Electrical, Agri, and Building Materials. Any organisation where managers oversee 10+ reps across multiple territories — and currently rely on manual reports or weekly review calls to assess performance — will see immediate value from AI-powered sales performance management.
The BizzField DMS Agent is an AI-powered module that monitors your distribution management data continuously. It analyzes inventory levels, distributor performance, retailer ordering patterns, and payment cycles to generate proactive alerts and actionable recommendations.
No significant process change is required. The DMS Agent works in the background and surfaces insights through your existing BizzField dashboards and mobile application.
Yes. Secondary sales monitoring is a core capability of the DMS Agent. It tracks retailer ordering frequency and volume trends at the distributor level and identifies declining patterns early.
A standard dashboard reports historical data. The Bizzfield SKU Agent is an active AI system that monitors performance in real time, proactively identifies problems and opportunities, and delivers specific recommendations for action — before revenue is lost.
FMCG, pharma, consumer durables, electrical, building materials and agri — with the agent tuned to each category's coverage, compliance and distribution metrics.
A standard DMS captures and stores distribution data. The DMS Agent analyzes that data continuously, identifies patterns and anomalies, and proactively surfaces recommendations like an always-on distribution analyst.
Yes. Bizzfield DMS Agent is designed to integrate with existing ERP and DMS platforms including SAP, Oracle, Tally, and Zoho by layering AI intelligence on top.
INTEGRATIONS & API
The systems BizzField plugs into, and how long that takes
SAP, Oracle, Tally, Zoho, Salesforce, Power BI and WhatsApp — plus the open API for everything else.
Yes. BizzField offers a certified bi-directional connector for SAP ERP. Master data including product hierarchies, customer records, and pricing flows from SAP into BizzField. Field orders, secondary sales data, and visit reports auto-post back to SAP SD/MM modules without any manual data entry.
Yes. Tally integration is one of BizzField's most-used connectors, particularly for FMCG and Pharma brands whose distributor network runs on Tally Prime or ERP9. Distributor invoices, purchase entries, and stock data sync automatically between BizzField DMS and Tally, eliminating duplicate entry at the distributor level.
Yes. BizzField provides a fully documented RESTful API with webhook support. Every data entity including field visits, orders, attendance, inventory, targets and expenses is exposed as a real-time API endpoint. Custom integrations with any ERP, accounting software, or internal system can be built and deployed in under two weeks.
BizzField connects with the WhatsApp Business API to send automated, personalised messages to field reps, distributors, and retailers. Use cases include scheme launch notifications, order confirmation messages, delivery ETAs, and performance nudges. All messages are logged and attributed in the BizzField audit trail.
Yes. BizzField's data warehouse connects directly to Microsoft Power BI via a live API connector or scheduled data export. Build custom executive dashboards, territory performance matrices, and product-level sell-out reports that auto-refresh from live BizzField data.
Yes. BizzField supports Oracle ERP integration including Oracle Cloud ERP and on-premise Oracle instances. Field orders sync to Oracle for inventory and billing processing. Oracle inventory levels are visible in real time to field reps and distributor portals within BizzField.
For standard pre-built connectors (SAP, Oracle, Tally, Zoho, Salesforce), integration is typically completed within 5 to 14 business days, including sandbox testing and go-live. Custom integrations via REST API typically take 2 to 4 weeks depending on the complexity of the source system.
Yes. BizzField connects with Zoho CRM to sync customer and distributor records, visit history, order data, and complaint tickets. Field reps' BizzField activity enriches Zoho CRM contact timelines, giving inside sales teams a complete view of every outlet relationship.
No. When a brand deploys BizzField DMS, distributor connectivity is included as part of the standard onboarding. Distributors access a dedicated portal and mobile app. If a distributor is already on Tally or Marg ERP, the BizzField connector handles synchronisation automatically.
Yes. All BizzField API endpoints are secured with OAuth 2.0 authentication and TLS 1.3 encryption. Integration credentials are role-scoped, meaning an ERP connector can only access the specific data entities it needs. BizzField is hosted on ISO 27001-certified infrastructure with full audit logs on all data access events.
FMCG
Field sales in FMCG, where coverage and offtake decide the month
How BizzField SFA is configured for packaged goods, beverages and snacks moving through a distributor network.
FMCG Sales Force Automation is software that digitises and automates the daily activities of field sales teams — beat planning, outlet visits, order booking, scheme execution, and reporting — giving managers real-time visibility into what is happening on the ground.
BizzField combines SFA and a Distributor Management System in one platform — so field rep activity, distributor stock levels, and secondary sales are all visible on one NSM dashboard. Most FMCG SFA tools do one or the other. BizzField does both.
Yes. BizzField is built offline-first — field reps can complete visits, book orders, and file reports without a data connection. Everything syncs automatically when connectivity is restored.
Most FMCG companies are fully live on BizzField within 30 days — including field rep onboarding, beat plan configuration, and distributor setup. Unlike enterprise SFA platforms that require 3–6 month implementation cycles, BizzField is designed for fast deployment. A team of 20–50 reps can be operational within 2 weeks of sign-off, with no dedicated IT resource required on your side.
Yes. BizzField tracks both primary sales (company to distributor) and secondary sales (distributor to stockist/retailer) in a single platform. Most FMCG SFA tools track only primary sales — secondary sales visibility requires a separate DMS. BizzField integrates both, so your NSM sees the full sales chain — from distributor offtake down to outlet-level sell-out — on one dashboard.
PHARMA
MR reporting, chemist coverage and the compliance that comes with them
What changes when the field force is medical representatives rather than FMCG reps.
Pharma SFA (Sales Force Automation) software automates the field activities of medical representatives — DCR filing, GPS-verified doctor visits, sample management, beat planning, and compliance reporting — replacing manual paperwork with a real-time mobile system.
BizzField is built with pharma-specific workflows — doctor segmentation, POB tracking, sample distribution management, and compliance checklists — alongside an integrated Distributor Management System. Most SFA tools offer field tracking. BizzField connects field activity to distributor stock and secondary sales in one platform.
Yes. BizzField is a multi-industry platform. Companies managing both pharma MR teams and FMCG or consumer division field teams can run both on a single BizzField deployment with separate configurations per division.
Yes. BizzField is purpose-built for growing pharma companies — not just large enterprises. Companies managing 10 to 200 MRs across states use BizzField for DCR automation, GPS-verified visits, and distributor stock visibility. Pricing is structured for mid-market pharma companies, without the ₹3–5L/year contracts typical of enterprise-grade platforms. Deployment time is 30 days or less.
BizzField captures every element required for compliant MR reporting — GPS-verified doctor and chemist visit timestamps, call outcomes, sample quantities distributed, POB status, and promotional material placement with photo evidence. All data is filed in real time from the MR's mobile app, creating an audit-ready digital record. This eliminates the compliance risk of self-reported, manually reconstructed DCRs.
TEXTILE & APPAREL
Dealer networks, seasonal surges and wholesale fabric markets
How the platform is set up for textile and apparel brands selling through dealers and retailers.
Textile SFA software automates the daily field activities of textile and apparel sales reps — dealer visit tracking, GPS check-ins, retailer order booking, beat planning, and distributor stock visibility — replacing manual call reports and WhatsApp orders with a real-time mobile system that gives NSMs and sales managers live territory visibility.
BizzField assigns structured beat plans to field reps covering dealer and retailer networks. GPS-verified check-ins confirm every dealer visit at the correct location and time. The NSM dashboard shows live dealer coverage, beat adherence, and territory gaps — updated continuously throughout the day, not in a Friday report.
Yes. BizzField's mobile order booking module allows field reps to book orders directly at the outlet during festive season and new collection launches — with live scheme and discount display in the app. Order volumes scale without manual coordination, and all orders reach the distributor in real time, eliminating WhatsApp relay and transcription errors.
Yes. BizzField is built offline-first — field reps in wholesale fabric markets, Tier 2 cities, and low-connectivity areas can complete dealer check-ins, book retailer orders, and file visit reports without active internet. All data syncs automatically when network connectivity is restored.
A basic GPS app shows location — it does not capture visit outcomes, order booking, beat adherence, distributor stock, or secondary sales. BizzField combines GPS-verified field tracking with SFA workflows (order booking, DCR, beat planning) and DMS (distributor stock visibility, secondary sales) in one integrated platform — giving NSMs business intelligence, not just a location map.
ELECTRONICS & APPLIANCES
Dealer visits and trade promotions for consumer durables
Stock tracking, dealer coverage and scheme management for electronics and home appliance brands.
Electronics SFA software automates the daily field activities of electronics and home appliances sales reps — dealer visit tracking, GPS check-ins, mobile order booking, beat planning, display compliance, and distributor stock visibility — replacing manual call reports and WhatsApp orders with a real-time mobile system built for Indian dealer networks.
BizzField assigns structured beat plans to field reps covering dealer networks. Every dealer visit is GPS-stamped and timestamped at point of check-in — location verified, time recorded. Zone Managers and NSMs see live dealer coverage on their dashboard throughout the day, with coverage gap analysis available at any time.
Yes. BizzField's integrated DMS tracks distributor inventory for electronics SKUs — ACs, refrigerators, washing machines, LED TVs — in real time. Automated low-stock alerts are triggered before a dealer runs out, and secondary sales from distributor to dealer are tracked and verified digitally.
Yes. BizzField is built offline-first — field reps covering dealer networks in semi-urban and rural territories can complete GPS check-ins, book orders, capture display compliance photos, and file visit reports without internet connectivity. All data syncs automatically when network is available.
BizzField's scheme management module applies trade scheme eligibility automatically during order booking — validating product, quantity, and promotion window at the point of order entry. Scheme claims are generated from verified transaction data, eliminating manual processing and dealer-level leakage. NSMs see scheme utilisation and budget consumption in real time on the dashboard.
COSMETICS & PERSONAL CARE
Shade-level stock, testers and shelf displays
What a beauty brand needs from SFA that a general FMCG configuration does not cover.
For cosmetics brands, SFA software manages the field activities of beauty advisors and sales reps — route planning, GPS-verified outlet visits, shelf compliance tracking, tester stock management, order booking, and distributor visibility — in a single mobile platform.
BizzField supports SKU-level and shade-level stock tracking — beauty advisors can log tester allocation, placement, and expiry per outlet during their visit. Distributor stock visibility includes shade-level granularity so managers can identify fast-moving shades before stock-outs occur.
Yes. Beauty advisors capture photo-tagged shelf status during every outlet visit. Planogram compliance is tracked per outlet, per SKU category, and visible on the management dashboard — with non-compliant displays flagged for corrective action.
BizzField supports cosmetics new launch execution end-to-end — field reps receive launch-specific beat plans targeting priority outlets, tester allocation is tracked digitally per counter, and shelf placement compliance is captured with photo evidence during the first 30 days of launch. Scheme conversion per outlet is visible on the manager dashboard, showing which counters are adopting the new product and which need follow-up.
Yes. BizzField supports multi-brand and multi-division configurations within a single deployment. A cosmetics company managing skincare, colour cosmetics, and haircare divisions can run separate beat plans, compliance checklists, and reporting structures per division — while the NSM sees a consolidated view across all product lines. This makes BizzField particularly suitable for personal care companies managing 3–8 sub-brands through the same distributor network.
BUILDING MATERIALS
Paint, cement, tiles and adhesives, sold through dealers and influencers
Dealer networks, contractor tracking and secondary sales for construction material brands.
Sales Force Automation (SFA) software for building materials companies is a mobile and web-based platform that automates field rep activities — dealer visit tracking with GPS verification, beat route planning, paint shade and SKU order booking, secondary sales monitoring, and distributor stock visibility — replacing manual call reports, phone orders, and spreadsheet-based territory management with a real-time digital system accessible from any Android or iOS device.
BizzField assigns structured beat routes to every field rep covering the dealer network. GPS-verified check-ins confirm each dealer visit happened at the correct location and time. The NSM dashboard shows live dealer coverage, beat adherence, territory gaps, and pending visits across the entire paint sales team — updated in real time throughout the day, not aggregated in a weekly report.
Yes. BizzField's integrated DMS captures secondary sales movement — from distributor to dealer — verified against actual order transaction data, not distributor self-reporting. NSMs see distributor stock levels, low-stock alerts, and secondary sales trends for every SKU category including cement grades, adhesive variants, tile collections, and paint shade ranges, all on one dashboard.
Yes. BizzField enables field reps to log contractor, mason, and applicator interactions alongside standard dealer visits. Each interaction is tagged with the influencer type, project site location, product category recommended, and follow-up required. The NSM dashboard shows influencer coverage mapped against dealer territory — giving construction material brands full visibility into their influence network, not just their dealer network.
Yes. BizzField is built for Indian field sales teams of 10 to 200+ reps. There is no minimum contract size and no enterprise-level implementation requirement. Most companies are fully set up and live within 30 days. Pricing is startup-friendly — structured for growth-stage FMCG, pharma, and building material companies that cannot afford the 6–12 month onboarding timelines and rigid contracts of larger enterprise platforms.
AGRICULTURE & AGRI-INPUTS
Rural dealer networks, where connectivity is the first constraint
Fertiliser, seed and agrochemical distribution — dealer visits, stock and season-driven schemes.
Agriculture SFA software automates the daily field activities of agri input sales reps — dealer visit tracking, GPS check-ins, crop input order booking, beat planning, and distributor stock visibility — replacing manual call reports and WhatsApp orders with a real-time mobile system.
BizzField assigns structured beat plans to field reps covering dealer and farmer networks. GPS-verified check-ins confirm every dealer visit happened at the correct location. The NSM dashboard shows live dealer coverage, beat adherence, and territory gaps — updated throughout the day.
Yes. BizzField's integrated DMS tracks distributor stock levels for fertilizers, pesticides, and crop inputs in real time. Automated alerts are triggered when stock drops below reorder thresholds — before a dealer stock-out occurs, not after.
Yes. BizzField is built offline-first — field reps in rural agri territories can complete dealer check-ins, book orders, and file visit reports without internet connectivity. All data syncs automatically when network is available.
BizzField's scheme management module applies trade scheme eligibility automatically during order booking — validating product, quantity, and time window at the point of order entry. Scheme claims are generated from verified transaction data, eliminating manual claim processing and distributor-level leakage.
