INTEGRATION & ECOSYSTEM
Connect Bizzfield to every tool your business already runs on
Bizzfield integrates natively with SAP, Oracle, Tally, Zoho, Salesforce, WhatsApp, and Power BI — so your field sales data, distributor operations, and enterprise systems speak the same language. In real time.
THE REAL PROBLEM
Your business runs on multiple systems. They've never spoken to each other.
Most mid-to-large enterprises running field teams and distributor networks share the same hidden crisis: their data lives in at least five systems that don't talk.
ERP says one thing, SFA says another
Finance closes the books with numbers that contradict the field team's. Reconciliation takes days; decisions take weeks.
Distributors are blind to what the brand sees
Your DMS holds secondary sales. The distributor's Tally holds primary purchase data. Neither talks — so neither side trusts the numbers.
Field reps re-enter the same data three times
Order booked on SFA, re-keyed into the distributor's system, re-keyed again into ERP. Every step adds error and burns selling time.
Dashboards are always yesterday's news
Power BI runs off an overnight export. By morning the data is 16 hours stale. Decisions get made on outdated ground reality.
WhatsApp fills gaps no tool was built for
Schemes, order confirmations, trade updates — all vanish into chat history. Untracked, unaudited, ungovernable.
Disconnected systems block execution
Sales leaders decide on data they can't trust. Distributors feel unsupported. Reps lose hours to admin. This isn't a people problem — it's an integration problem.
ERP & ACCOUNTING
The systems that already hold your masters and your money
Product hierarchy, price lists, outlet and distributor masters flow in. Orders, returns, claims and secondary sales flow back out. Nobody re-keys anything.
Tally Prime & ERP9
The most-used connector for mid-market Indian brands. Distributor invoices, purchases and ledger entries sync both ways with Tally Prime / ERP9 — no XML import-export.
SAP
Sync product hierarchy, pricing and customer master from SAP. Field orders and secondary sales auto-post back to SAP SD/MM — killing dual entry and month-end reconciliation delays.
Oracle
Connect Oracle Cloud ERP or on-premise. Dispatch confirmation, stock updates and payment status surface to reps before they walk into a distributor.
Microsoft Dynamics 365
Native connector for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Field data enriches Dynamics CRM; distribution orders post to Dynamics Finance with a full audit trail.
Busy & Marg
For distributors and brands on Marg ERP or Busy, Bizzfield DMS provides native connector support — a decisive edge in FMCG and Pharma channels where these tools dominate.
CRM
The customer system your inside-sales desk already runs on
Field visits, orders and outlet records flow into the third-party CRM your inside-sales and key-account teams live in, so the market picture a rep captures lands on the record they open — no re-keying. These are external CRMs; BizzField SFA and BizzField CRM remain separate products.
Salesforce
Connects with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud and standard CRM. Field execution data enriches opportunities, accounts and analytics — no Apex customisation needed.
Zoho CRM
Sync retailer and distributor records both ways. Visit notes, order history and complaint tickets land on Zoho contact timelines. Managers work from one customer view.
COMMUNICATION
Reaching reps, distributors and retailers where they already are
Scheme launches, order confirmations and delivery ETAs stop living in a personal WhatsApp thread and start living in an audited, attributable log.
WhatsApp Business API
Push scheme notifications, order confirmations, delivery ETAs and performance nudges to reps, distributors and retailers. Every message logged, tracked and attributed.
ANALYTICS & BI
Your data, in the tool your leadership already opens
We are not asking your CFO to learn a new dashboard. BizzField SFA feeds the one they already use.
Microsoft Power BI
Connect Bizzfield's data warehouse straight to Power BI. Build executive dashboards, territory matrices and SKU-level sell-out trends — auto-refreshed from live field data.
Google Looker Studio
The REST API feeds Looker Studio directly. Trade marketing, regional managers and category heads build their own views — without waiting on IT.
HOW IT CONNECTS
An open integration layer, not a walled garden
There is no magic. There is an API, there are webhooks, and there are scheduled jobs — documented, versioned, and testable in a sandbox before they touch production.
Documented REST API
Every BizzField SFA entity — visits, outlets, orders, inventory, targets, expenses, attendance — is a documented REST endpoint. If your system is not in our catalogue, this is how it connects.
Webhook Events
Order booked, credit limit breached, target missed, expense approved. Webhooks fire on the event so your downstream system reacts now, not in tonight's batch.
Scheduled Sync Jobs
Where a system only accepts a batch — most distributor accounting stacks do — a scheduled job runs on the window you choose, with a delivery report and a retry on failure.
Scoped Access Tokens
A token is scoped by role and by entity. An accounting connector reads orders and invoices without ever seeing attendance or location data. Least privilege is the default, not an upgrade.
Sandbox Before Production
Every integration is built and tested against a sandbox loaded with your real master data. You watch the records land in your own system before a single rep is switched over.
Bulk Export & Archive
Full structured exports of outlets, orders, visits, attendance and expenses, on demand or on a schedule. Your data stays portable, including on the day you decide to leave.
BIZZGURU AI × INTEGRATIONS
BizzGuru gets smarter when your stack is connected
BizzField's AI engine draws from every connected source. With ERP, CRM and BI linked, BizzGuru reasons across your full business reality — not just field activity logs — so its recommendations get sharper.
Demand forecasting
Cross-references secondary sales, primary orders and distributor stock to forecast SKU-level demand by territory roughly 12 days out. Reorder before stockouts hit, not after.
Win-back intelligence
Combines order history, visit frequency and payment history to flag churning outlets before the last order is missed, and generates a priority task for the rep automatically.
Sales coaching nudges
When a rep's conversion drops below the territory average, BizzGuru checks CRM interaction quality and beat compliance, then sends a personalised coaching nudge over WhatsApp.
Territory whitespace
Analyses visit data, scheme uptake and ERP invoicing to surface underserviced outlets and missing SKUs — visible before the sales review meeting, not during it.
IN THE FIELD
Integration scenarios, by industry
The same connectors, wired to what each channel actually runs on.
FMCG
A leading FMCG brand runs SAP at HQ and Tally across 200+ distributor points, both connected through BizzField SFA. Reps book secondary orders on the app; orders auto-post to distributor Tally and update SAP inventory. Month-end reconciliation drops from days to hours, and BizzGuru forecasts stockouts across thousands of SKU-territory combinations.
Pharma
A pharma company links BizzField SFA with Oracle ERP and Zoho CRM. Doctor visit notes captured by MRs sync to Zoho contact records in real time, Oracle inventory is visible before a rep enters a stockist, and scheme settlements auto-post to Oracle Finance.
Consumer Durables
A durables brand with a three-tier dealer network connects BizzField DMS to Microsoft Dynamics 365. Dealer requests auto-create Dynamics sales orders, delivery confirmations flow back to update stock, and Power BI pulls from both for a live national sell-out view.
Building Materials
A building-materials company wires the WhatsApp Business API into BizzField to automate channel comms. The moment a scheme goes live, a personalised message reaches every eligible dealer — order confirmations and ETAs travel the same way, cutting inbound distributor calls.

THE PROCESS
Discovery, mapping, sandbox, go-live
Four stages, three weeks for a standard connector, and a written sign-off at every gate. The integration is not done when the code ships. It is done when finance reconciles.
Step 01
Discovery
Week 1
We sit with your IT and sales operations leads and write down exactly which system holds which record today, and who owns it. Most failed integrations are lost here, not in the code.- Systems, owners and the record of truth for every entity
- Read and write access confirmed on the source system
- Sync direction and frequency agreed entity by entity
- Success criteria written down before anyone builds
Step 02
Field Mapping
Week 1–2
Your product codes, outlet codes, distributor codes, tax structures and unit conversions are mapped field by field to the BizzField SFA schema, then signed off by the person who owns the data.- SKU, outlet and distributor code mapping, both directions
- GST and tax treatment reconciled against your ERP setup
- Scheme, discount and price-list logic mapped explicitly
- Edge cases named: returns, cancellations, credit notes
Step 03
Sandbox
Week 2–3
The connector runs against a sandbox loaded with your real master data. Orders, invoices and stock movements land in your own system and your team checks them before any rep is involved.- Production-mirror sandbox with your masters loaded
- End-to-end test: order booked, synced, posted, reconciled
- Failure paths tested — retries, duplicates, network loss
- Your finance team signs off on the reconciled output
Step 04
Go-Live
Week 3
The connector is promoted to production behind a monitored window. Sync health, lag and failed records are visible on a dashboard from day one, not discovered in a month-end audit.- Phased cutover, one region or one distributor tier at a time
- Sync health, lag and error queue visible to your team
- Alerting on failed records, with a named owner per alert
- Post-go-live review at day 30 against the success criteria
ANSWERS
Integration questions, answered honestly
Including the ones most vendors would rather you did not ask.
Through a documented REST API, webhook events and scheduled sync jobs. Master data — products, price lists, outlet and distributor masters — is pulled from your ERP on a schedule you set. Field transactions — orders, returns, claims, secondary sales — are pushed back either on a webhook or in a batch window. There is no agent to install on your ERP server.
No, and we do not claim to. What we have are working connectors built on each system's own published import, export and API surfaces, plus a REST API and webhook layer that can point at anything else. That distinction matters when your procurement team asks the question directly, so we answer it before they have to.
For the systems in the catalogue above, five to fourteen working days including field mapping, a sandbox run against your real master data and a monitored go-live window. A connector to a legacy or in-house system is typically two to four weeks, depending on what that system will let us read and write.
Then it goes on the API path. Every BizzField SFA entity — visits, orders, outlets, inventory, targets, expenses, attendance — is exposed as a documented REST endpoint with webhook events. Your team builds against a sandbox that mirrors production, and our integration team supports the build rather than handing you a PDF.
It runs on the WhatsApp Business API through a Business Solution Provider, which is the compliant route for business messaging in India. Templates are approved by Meta before they can send. Scheme launches, order confirmations and delivery ETAs go out as approved templates, and every send is logged and attributed to the outlet it reached.
Yes. Secondary sales, outlet coverage, order and attendance data are exposed to Power BI either through the REST API or through a scheduled export into a warehouse table your BI team already owns. Refresh runs on your schedule rather than ours, and the same feed drives Google Sheets or any other tool that can read a REST endpoint, so you are not locked into our dashboards.
Yes. Leads and accounts created in Zoho CRM can flow into BizzField SFA as prospects and outlets, and field outcomes — visits, orders, stage changes — can be written back against the matching Zoho record. Zoho Books is supported on the same connector family for invoice and ledger sync. Field mapping is agreed during setup, because the two systems rarely name the same thing identically.
Only where a distributor runs their own accounting system you want synced. Distributors working inside the BizzField distributor portal need no integration at all — stock, orders and claims are already native. Where a distributor runs Tally or Busy locally, that specific distributor gets a connector configured once; it does not have to be repeated across your whole channel, and distributors who stay on the portal are unaffected.
Tokens are scoped by role and by entity, so an accounting connector can read orders without ever seeing attendance or location data. Traffic is encrypted in transit, tokens expire and rotate, and every call is written to an audit log your team can query.
No. BizzField SFA, CRM and HRMS are separate products with separate databases. An integration built for SFA moves SFA data only. If you want the same third-party system connected to BizzField CRM, that is a separate integration with its own scope and its own credentials.
