By accessing or using Bizzfield, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

By accessing or using Bizzfield Sales Force Automation Software (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

These terms apply to all users, including field sales representatives, managers, administrators, and any other personnel who access or use Bizzfield through web, mobile, or any other platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To use Bizzfield, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access • Ensuring that all users in your organization comply with these terms

Organizations are responsible for managing their team members' access and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. Account administrators must maintain accurate user records and promptly revoke access for former employees.

Bizzfield provides Sales Force Automation Software including but not limited to:

• Lead and order management • Route planning and GPS tracking • Visit scheduling and management • Team performance tracking • Analytics and reporting • Mobile sales automation

The Service is provided on a subscription basis. You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers • Use the Service to transmit viruses or malicious code • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

Bizzfield takes data security seriously and implements industry-standard measures to protect your information:

Data Collection: We collect information necessary to provide and improve our Service, including user profiles, customer data, sales records, location data, and usage analytics.

Data Usage: Your data is used solely to provide the Service, generate insights, and improve functionality. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data Security: We employ encryption, secure servers, access controls, and regular security audits to protect your data.

Data Ownership: You retain ownership of all data you input into Bizzfield. We claim no ownership rights over your customer data, sales records, or business information.

Location Data: GPS tracking features collect location data to enable route planning and field team monitoring. Users can control location sharing through app settings.

Subscription Plans: Bizzfield offers various subscription tiers with different features and user limits. Current pricing and plan details are available on our website.

Payment: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You must provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method.

Free Trials: Free trial periods may be offered at our discretion. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel.

Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused portions of annual subscriptions.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Service Ownership: Bizzfield, including all software, features, functionality, design elements, logos, and trademarks, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

License Grant: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes only.

Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

Feedback: Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback you provide about Bizzfield may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.

Service Availability: While we strive for 99.9% uptime, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

No Guarantees: We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that defects will be corrected.

Third-Party Services: Bizzfield may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the functionality or security of third-party services.

Data Accuracy: While we implement measures to ensure data accuracy, you are responsible for verifying the accuracy of data entered into and generated by the Service.

Business Results: We make no guarantees regarding business outcomes, sales performance, or revenue improvements resulting from use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bizzfield and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities • Service interruptions or data loss • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account • Damages arising from third-party services or integrations

Our total liability for all claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations • Use the Service responsibly and ethically • Respect the rights of other users • Maintain the security of your account • Report any security vulnerabilities or bugs

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users • Upload malicious code or harmful content • Attempt to circumvent security measures • Use automated tools to access the Service without permission • Engage in any activity that disrupts the Service • Violate any intellectual property rights

Account Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings.

Account Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for extended periods.

Data Retention: Upon termination, we will retain your data for 90 days, during which you may request data export. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted unless required by law to retain it.

Data Export: You may request a complete export of your data at any time. We will provide data in commonly used formats (CSV, JSON, PDF).

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your license to use the Service immediately ends. Any provisions that should survive termination (including payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.

GDPR Compliance: For users in the European Union, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including provisions for data access, rectification, erasure, and portability.

Industry Regulations: Users in regulated industries (pharma, healthcare, etc.) are responsible for ensuring their use of Bizzfield complies with industry-specific regulations.

Export Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations.

Anti-Corruption: You agree not to use the Service for any corrupt practices, including bribery or money laundering.

Audit Rights: For enterprise customers, we may conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with these terms.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters, acts of God • War, terrorism, civil unrest • Government actions or regulations • Internet or telecommunications failures • Cyber attacks or security breaches affecting third-party infrastructure • Pandemics or public health emergencies

During such events, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bizzfield, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service • Your violation of these terms • Your violation of any laws or regulations • Your violation of third-party rights • Content you upload or transmit through the Service • Actions of your team members or users under your account

Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Bizzfield is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Arbitration: Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Informal Resolution: Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Entire Agreement: These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bizzfield.

Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these terms without restriction.

Third-Party Rights: These terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.
