PRODUCT & PLATFORM

What BizzField HRMS is, and what it covers

The questions an HR or finance lead asks before a rollout, before procurement gets involved.

BizzField HRMS runs the day-to-day of managing a workforce — employee lifecycle and org hierarchy, attendance and leave, payroll with statutory compliance, and role-scoped document storage — as one connected suite instead of separate spreadsheets that someone reconciles by hand every month.

No. BizzField HRMS, BizzField SFA and BizzField CRM are three separate products. They share the BizzField brand and design language, but they have separate data, separate setup and separate pricing. Buying one does not give you the others, and none of them read each other's records.

Yes. Employees can view payslips, check leave balances, mark attendance, and manage their own documents from a role-scoped account — access is enforced server-side from the org hierarchy, not a frontend toggle.

Growth already supports unlimited org hierarchy depth and state-specific statutory calculation. Multi-entity or multi-state payroll processed as separate legal entities is an Enterprise-tier capability.

STATUTORY COMPLIANCE

PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS and LWF

Rates, ceilings and due dates, the way they're actually calculated on the Compliance page — not simplified for a sales deck.

Provident Fund (EPF & EPS), Employees' State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (PT), TDS on salary (Form 24Q), and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) — all calculated to current rates on every payroll run. Full rates, wage ceilings and due dates are on the Compliance page.

12% employee contribution plus 12% employer contribution of Basic + DA, up to a ₹15,000/month wage ceiling, plus a 0.5% admin charge and 0.5% EDLI from the employer. Due by the 15th of the following month.

0.75% employee plus 3.25% employer (4% total) of gross wages, up to a ₹21,000/month wage ceiling (₹25,000 for employees with disabilities). Due by the 15th of the following month.

India's four Labour Codes took effect on 21 November 2025, including a rule capping non-wage allowances at 50% of total remuneration for PF and gratuity purposes. BizzField's compliance logic tracks both from day one, so payroll doesn't run on a superseded rule.

CTC CALCULATOR

How the free CTC calculator works

What the calculator on our site actually estimates, and what it doesn't.

No — it's an illustrative estimate using common CTC-structuring conventions (40% Basic, statutory PF ceiling) and excludes income tax. Your actual breakup depends on your employer's specific salary structure policy.

It uses the same structuring conventions BizzField payroll applies automatically — Basic, HRA, PF and a flat illustrative Professional Tax figure — but it's a standalone estimation tool, not a live pull from an account's actual salary structure.

No. It's a free, standalone tool on our site — enter an annual CTC and see the illustrative breakup, no signup required.

SECURITY & DATA PRIVACY

How access control and data protection work

Where certifications stand today, and how access is actually enforced.

Server-side, on every request, from the org hierarchy — a manager's scope is their subtree, an employee's scope is themselves, and admins see everything. It isn't a frontend toggle; the server never returns data outside a caller's scope in the first place.

Not yet — both are in progress. We'd rather say an audit or certification is underway than claim one we don't hold. We'll update this page the moment either is complete.

In S3-backed storage with role-scoped visibility down to individual document categories, so sensitive records stay visible only to the roles that need them.

Data handling practices are designed around the principles of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA).

INTEGRATIONS

What's connected today, and what's on the roadmap

Being direct about what's live versus planned, rather than blurring the two.

These categories are on the roadmap, built on the same reconciled payroll and attendance data BizzField already maintains, not a separate data model. They aren't live yet.

Not yet — a REST API and event webhooks are planned. We'll announce when they ship rather than list them as available before they do.

Yes — tell us which system you need connected, and it can be prioritized on the roadmap.

PRICING & SUPPORT

Plans, billing, and getting help

The billing-mechanics questions that come up before a plan gets picked, not just the tier names.

Per employee per month. Starter is ₹79/employee/month for core HR, Growth is ₹149/employee/month adding the full payroll and statutory compliance suite, and Enterprise is custom, volume-based pricing for multi-entity structures — all illustrative until confirmed with sales.

No minimum headcount is required — pricing scales per employee from day one.

Active employee records in the system — anyone currently added to the platform for HR, attendance, leave, or payroll processing. Resigned or archived employees removed from active status aren't billed.

Talk to our team directly — every plan includes support, and Enterprise adds a dedicated onboarding manager for multi-entity rollouts.
