Role-Scoped Compensation Data. Pay Runs With An Audit Trail.

Keep incentive and salary data visible only to the roles that need it, and run incentive payouts and pay runs through approvals that leave an audit trail, in the same HRMS as your attendance and payroll.

4Capabilities For Access And Approvals

THE PROBLEM

Sensitive Pay Data, Open Access, And No Approval Trail

Relationship managers, branch teams and leadership are paid on different plans. A flat access model either shows everyone everything or leaves HR hiding data by hand.

  • Compensation visible beyond its remit. without role-scoped access, anyone with system access can see incentive and salary data outside their own team or function.

  • Approvals with no record. incentive payouts and pay run approvals are agreed over email or in sheets, so there is no audit trail of the sign-off.

  • Incentives reworked by hand each cycle. plans for relationship managers and branch teams are recalculated in spreadsheets instead of running from defined rules.

  • Access that lags the org chart. when someone is transferred or promoted, their access is changed by a separate request, if it is changed at all.

BUILT FOR THIS INDUSTRY

Access, Incentives And Approvals For BFSI

Role-scoped access decides who sees compensation, incentive plans define what is paid, and the pay run records how it was approved.

Role-Based Access Control

Server-side scoping from the org hierarchy; access updates when someone moves.

Variable Pay & Incentives

Plan rules defined once; qualifying transactions go for approval each cycle.

Automated Pay Runs

Draft, submit, approve and pay, with each stage recorded in an audit trail.

Profile & Security

A permissions matrix for each role, plus email-OTP-verified password changes.

Access Scope And Audit Trail

Role-scoped access limits who sees pay data; each pay run stage goes in the audit trail, and paid runs stay tied to their structure.

FAQ

BFSI HRMS — Questions We Get Asked

Access is scoped on the server from the org hierarchy. A manager sees their own reporting subtree, an employee sees only their own record, and visibility is never enforced by a client-side toggle alone.

Yes. A pay run moves through Draft, Submit, Approve and Pay, and incentives, salary revisions, claims and loans route through built-in approvals. Every step is written to an audit trail.

Access is defined by role. A permissions matrix sets what each role can view and do, enforced on the server, so configuration and approval can sit with different roles rather than one person. Custom approval workflows are part of Enterprise.

Role-Based Access Control is part of the Growth plan, alongside the full payroll suite and statutory compliance — Starter's org hierarchy tops out at three levels without the same access scoping.

Incentive plan rules are defined once. Each cycle, qualifying transactions are captured against them and routed for approval. Approved amounts are paid alongside fixed salary in the pay run, which moves from Draft to Submit to Approve to Pay, and payslips generate once it is paid.

Yes. While the run is still a draft, BizzField compares each employee's pay with the previous cycle and flags sharp movements, duplicate claims and timesheet conflicts. Reviewers work through those flags before the run is submitted and approved, so a heavy incentive month is checked before payment, not recovered after it.

Access scope derives from the person's position in the org hierarchy, so when their reporting line changes, their scope updates with it, without a separate access request. A new manager sees their own reporting subtree and nothing more.

AUTOMATED CHECKS

Variance Checks Before Payroll Is Approved

Before a pay run is approved, BizzField compares the draft with the previous cycle and flags what looks wrong, so reviewers examine the exceptions instead of every line.

PRE-APPROVAL SCAN

Automated Variance Checks

Key Capabilities

  • Each employee's draft pay compared with the prior month
  • Pay movement above 20% flagged for review
  • Duplicate leave and expense submissions detected
  • Flags resolved from one HR queue before approval

Every draft run is compared with the previous cycle. Sharp pay movements, duplicate expense or leave submissions and timesheet conflicts are flagged for HR, who resolve each flag from a single queue while the run is still a draft.

SECURITY & PRIVACY

Role-Scoped Access And Privacy By Design

Access is enforced on the server from the reporting hierarchy, and data handling is designed around the principles of India's DPDPA. The security page sets out what is and is not certified.

DATA PRIVACY

DPDPA-Informed Data Handling

Key Capabilities

  • Consent logging for employee data
  • Data export for the employee
  • Deletion rights supported

Data handling is designed around the principles of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act. That describes how data is handled; it is not a certification.

Key Capabilities

  • Server-side role-based access, not just interface-level visibility
  • Manager visibility limited to their reporting hierarchy
  • AES-256 encryption at rest for employee records, bank details and document files

Role flags are not left to the front end. Access is scoped on the server, so a manager retrieves records only within their own reporting tree.
