BizzField Tracker collects real-time and periodic location data during working hours to provide visibility into field movement and territory coverage.

Tracked data is used solely for internal monitoring, productivity analysis and operational optimisation by authorized managers within your own organisation. It is never shared with third parties for advertising and is never sold.

Location and attendance data is protected with encryption in transit and at rest, secure servers and role-based access controls that restrict each manager to their own reporting line.

Tracking occurs only during assigned working hours and in accordance with organizational policies. Outside those hours, and after check-out, the app does not record location.

Sales personnel may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data in line with company and legal requirements. Requests are handled by your employer, who is the data controller for these records.

Any changes to this BizzField Tracker privacy policy will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where a change materially affects how location and attendance data is collected or used, we notify the administrators of your organisation directly before the change takes effect.

By using BizzField Tracker, you consent to the collection and use of location and attendance data as described in this policy. Consent is granted through your employer, who deploys this app under a contractual agreement and remains the data controller for all records held in it.
