Distributor Management System Privacy Policy

BizzField DMS enables distributors to create, manage and track sales orders through a secure digital platform. Order records are collected so that every transaction has an auditable history.

The system tracks dispatch status to give distributors and their principals visibility into fulfilment and delivery workflows.

Inventory data is collected to help distributors manage stock levels, reduce shortages and ensure smooth order fulfilment. It is not used for any purpose beyond the distributor's own operations and reporting to their principal company.

Distributor data is used solely for order processing, reporting, financial reconciliation and operational analytics. Access is limited by role: a distributor sees only their own records, and the principal company sees only the records relating to its own products.

All distributor and transaction data is secured with encryption in transit and at rest, hardened infrastructure and strict role-based access controls. Administrative access is logged.

Distributor users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data in accordance with contractual and legal obligations. Requests are routed through the organisation that deployed the app, which remains the data controller.

Any changes to this BizzField DMS privacy policy will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where a change materially affects how distributor and transaction data is collected or used, we notify the administrators of your organisation directly before the change takes effect.

By using BizzField DMS, you consent to the collection and use of distributor and transaction data as described in this policy. Consent is granted through your employer, who deploys this app under a contractual agreement and remains the data controller for all records held in it.
