ON THE ROADMAP
AI-Assisted Selling Is Coming to BizzField CRM. The Data Foundation Is Already Live.
AI-driven deal scoring and next-best-action recommendations are on the BizzField CRM roadmap, not part of the current product. Today, BizzField already gives you the structured pipeline data — stages, probability weighting and 14 reports — these features will eventually build on.

Where Reps Are Still Guessing, Not Being Guided
None of this requires AI to describe — it is exactly the gap AI-assisted scoring and recommendations are being designed to close.
AI Scoring on the Roadmap, Probability Weighting Live Now
Two capabilities being designed, and the pipeline intelligence already carrying reps until they ship.
Planned: Scoring Based on Stage Velocity and History
AI-Assisted Deal Scoring
What you get
- Planned AI-assisted scoring of deals — not yet available in the product today
- Would build on data already captured today, including the stage-change history log
- Would apply across your named pipelines and custom reorderable stages
- Not yet available — reps currently rely on manually-set probability and the Win/Loss Analysis report
Deals will be scored using stage velocity and historical patterns, building on the opportunity stage-change history log BizzField already tracks today.

Planned: Guided Suggestions for Reps
Next-Best-Action Recommendations
What you get
- Planned suggestions on what to do next on a Lead, Contact, Account or Opportunity
- No recommendation engine exists in the product today
- Would draw on the same activity timeline and Task data already logged on every record
- Until this ships, reps rely on the activity timeline plus manually created Tasks to decide next steps
A guided-selling layer is targeted for reps working the Kanban board and task queue, suggesting what to do next on a given record.

A Foundation an AI Model Would Actually Want
AI features only work as well as the data behind them — BizzField has been logging that data since day one.
The Data Foundation Already in Production
AI CRM — Questions We Get Asked
Not yet — AI-assisted scoring is on our roadmap. Today, every opportunity carries a manually-set probability that feeds the Expected Value shown on the Kanban board and in reports.
We're building the reporting and data foundation first. Join the waitlist below and reach out to our team for the latest roadmap timeline.
The plan is to surface a suggested next step on a Lead, Contact, Account or Opportunity based on activity timeline and Task history. This is not yet built — there is no recommendation engine in the product today.
The intent is for AI scoring to build on top of the same probability field and stage-change history already in use, not remove it. Until AI scoring ships, manually-set probability continues to drive Expected Value and forecasting.
No. AI-assisted scoring and recommendations are still in design and are not active in the product. What's already live is the structured data — probability, stage history and Loss Reasons — that a future model would draw on.
