Location & Tracking

Live location and the map every manager watches

Live location, breadcrumb trails and the map every manager watches.

Real-Time GPS TrackingEvery field employee on a live map, with status indicators for active, in-transit, stationary and offline.

GPS Breadcrumb TrailsTimestamped coordinate trails reconstruct the exact route travelled through the workday.

Reverse GeocodingRaw latitude and longitude translated into readable street addresses, landmarks and pin codes.

Live Map DashboardThe whole team spread across a city on one screen, with real-time active status per rep.

GeofencingApproved zones around outlets and territories so a check-in only registers where it should.

Adaptive Battery & DataPolling speeds up on movement and sleeps when stationary, using under 8% battery a shift.

Attendance & Activity

Attendance verified against real movement

Attendance verified against real movement, and idle devices surfaced early.

Geo-Verified AttendancePunch in and out with mandatory GPS capture, tied to the exact place the check-in happened.

Selfie VerificationOptional live selfie at check-in confirms who is marking attendance, not just their device.

Activity-Derived AttendanceAttendance validated against real device motion, so a punch-in with location off is flagged.

Present / Absent / Leave StatusHeadcount split in real time into Present, Absent, On-Leave, Weekly-Off and Holiday.

Three-Tier Inactivity AlertsDevices grouped by last contact — under 60 min, 61–180 min, over 180 min — with early alerts.

Stationary vs Moving DetectionAccelerometer fusion distinguishes traffic stops and client meetings from idle non-work time.

Travel, Device & Control

Distance, conveyance, device trust and control

Distance, conveyance, device trust and the hierarchy behind who sees what.

Travel Distance CalculationPrecise daily kilometers measured from GPS breadcrumbs, replacing odometer photos.

Stopover AnalyticsStops longer than a set threshold logged automatically with address, duration and timestamp.

Automated Conveyance ClaimsPer-kilometer travel allowance computed from verified distance, ending exaggerated claims.

Device Health TelemetryHandset model, OS, app build, battery and network ping — so glitches aren't blamed on staff.

Mock-Location DetectionFake-GPS, time-tamper and root/jailbreak attempts detected, rejected and logged as exceptions.

Hierarchy & Geographic MastersRole-based access by designation, with state, city and territory masters behind every view.
